HAVE NO FEAR, ONLY BELIEVE – PART 1
Mark 5:36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
Jesus performed series of incalculable and mind-blowing miracles during His earthly ministry. He also freed people from the hands of the devil by casting out demons from them. He preached deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind. He never entertained the devil and his activities at any time, he demonstrated the love and power of God all the time.
On a certain occasion after He casted out a legion (demons) from a certain man who could no longer be bound. After He was through with that man, the Bible says that man that was mad sat with Jesus and clothed, and in his right mind: Mark 5:15-17 [15]And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. [16]And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine. [17]And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts.
Oh, Jesus is wonderful. He never left any man that came to Him helpless. He took care of everyone who called upon Him for help. No wonder the Bible says: Jeremiah 33: Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knoweth not.
Knowing that Jesus has never failed anyone and will never fail you alone is enough for you to brace yourself and just believe that no matter what, you will not fail!
