ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE CORRECTED
Proverbs 12:1 Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.
A man that does not want to be corrected, instructed and or disciplined has set himself for destruction. It is just a matter of time and he will ruin his life. Don’t be like that. Allow yourself for Spirit filled and wise people to educate you and help you do better in life.
Someone says, “as for me, no one can tell me what to do” of course I understand that people should not tell you what to do before you do them.
In fact, you do not always have to heed to what people tell you to do. But when God set certain people in your life to guide you and help you grow, you have to always consider what they say.
If you consider what they say and it is not in line with the Word of God, discard it. If you think doing what they say will not yield the rightful results, go according to the leading of the Spirit.
Yet, you must understand that some people are wiser than you and can see far than you. When those people speak, it would be better to pay attention and do what they say.
From today, humble your heart to receive instructions from those who are ahead of you in life and can help you grow in Christ. Most of all, always consult the Holy Spirit.
