Scripture: John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God loves you and there’s nothing anything or anyone can do to change that. His love for you is unconditional. It was not because you did something special. As a matter of fact, the Bible says: He loved as while we were yet sinners. And again, “We love Him because He first loved us.” 1 John 4:19 This love is abundant towards you and cannot be exhausted, you can never exhaust God’s love for you.
The best way to enjoy this love is to be confident in His love for you. Irrespective of your past mistakes, present mistakes, and or future mistakes – this love is unchanging and the purpose of such a great love towards you is to bring you into His very presence where you can live above mistakes! Constantly meditate on His love for you.
This will create a wealth of love in you which will power you to dispense His love in your world. Life can be as wonderful as you want it to be if only you will walk in His love for you. It was because He loved you so much, that was why He gave Himself for you and the way to keep this love is to keep His Word. 1 John 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
Think about it, isn’t it amazing? We know that He loved us, how? Because He laid down His Life for us. And our opening scripture says, “…that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” God didn’t lay down His Life for you to remain sick, poor or to be controlled by the devil.
Accept this great love and walk in it. If you have been diagnosed with any form of sickness but you don’t want to live with it and you desire to be healed: God loves you and wants you healed more than you want to be healed because, He gave Himself for you that you will have everlasting life and this life destroys all manner of sicknesses. Irrespective of my current state in life, I know that God loves me and nothing can take away this conviction from me. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate me from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus my Lord.
