ENDURE HARDNESS, AS A GOOD SOLDIER OF CHRIST.
2 Timothy 2:3
Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
As long as you are in this world, you will not escape hard times. There are times life gets hard, you may even get to a place where nobody believes in you – that’s the time to push harder!
When it looks like all odds are against you, fight harder; get wilder and be determined to end well not to prove a point to anyone but to please Jesus Christ!
The problem with many is that they are so concerned about what others think about them for which reason they are reluctant to take steps they are supposed to take. I
is dangerous to be live to please everyone. The only person we are called to please is Jesus Christ. If you are walking in the Word of God and anyone has a problem with you, that’s none of your business.
As you go out there to preach the gospel, to give into the work of ministry; to establish God’s kingdom in your territory, challenges and hard times will come with it.
Endure those hardships with the mindset that you have overcome and that your goal is to please Jesus Christ not men.
