GOD IS LIGHT – PART TWO
1 John 1:5
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
The Bible shows us that we are children of God: 1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. This means that we are children of the LIGHT.
Plants will reproduce plants. Animals will reproduce animals. In reproduction, we understand that like begets like; like gives birth to like. This is to tell you that if I am a child of God, then I am light.
Darkness is evil. Sin, sicknesses, poverty and anything that is inconsistent with the nature of God is darkness. And it there is no darkness in God at all, what does that mean to us? It means, we are not to all darkness in our lives!
Refuse to allow sickness in your life, refuse to allow poverty in your life, refuse to give place to demonic operations in your life!

Dear Father, thank you for helping me understand that I am light. I declare by the power of the Holy Spirit that no sickness, disease, poverty and depression will have place in my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen
