HERALDS OF THE GLORIOUS MESSAGE
John 20:21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
God has committed the gospel to our trust. He counted us faithful, putting us into the ministry of reconciliation. We are God’s glory in this wretched and dark world.
He called us out of darkness into His marvelous light to show forth His praises (excellences, beauty, love and His faith) in our world.
1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
I love what Apostle Paul said, he wrote by the Spirit: 2 Timothy 1:8-9 [8] Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; [9] Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.
Don’t be ashamed of this glorious message that has been committed to our trust. Choose to be a partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God.
