SAMUEL NASAM

KEEP YOURSELF INUNDATED WITH THE WORD

Matt.4.4 But He replied, It has been written, Man shall not live and be upheld and sustained by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God. (AMP)

To inundate means to flood. To inundate yourself with the Word of God means to flood yourself with it. When this happens, no matter the pressures of life that come up against you, you will remain standing and victorious.

Jesus was a Man of the Word. He knew the scriptures very well, He studied very well and had himself inundated with the Word of God. That’s what we must do. Looking at the Word of God, the Bible says in the book of Colossians:

Col.3.16 Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts. (AMP)

Give yourself to the ministry of the Word. The Apostles said in the book of Acts:

Acts.6.4 But we will continue to devote ourselves steadfastly to prayer and the ministry of the Word. (AMP)

You will be amazed at the beautiful changes that will take place in your life when you devote yourself to the ministry of the Word.
