MAKE YOUR LIFE COUNT
John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Jesus is our standard, He taught us with His life – how to live a successful life. You know, God is interested in your success. He wants you to be successful in this life, He wants you to be fruitful and productive.
Until your life is being a blessing to others you have not started living. You must understand that life on earth is short. Reading from the book of Psalms;
Ps.119.19 I am but a foreigner here on earth; I need the guidance of your commands. Don’t hide them from me! (NLT)
From the book of Psalms, we understand that we are foreigners here on earth and the only way we can live meaningful lives here on earth is when we live according to the Word of God.
I love Jesus! Think about what He said in our opening scripture: Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. So, He loved me so much, that’s why He laid down His life for me. Now, He sent me to do the same because that’s the greatest way to live; by laying down your life for others.
So, wherever you find yourself, make your life count. Become fruitful, become productive and dependable. Be a problem solver, help someone if you can. Most of all, help someone to know God and walk in the light of God’s Word!
