PERFECT PEACE
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: Nothing in the world is as priceless as having peace between people who cannot do without each other.
Man cannot do without God and God cannot do without man. From Genesis to revelation, we find how important man is to God and we also see how man cannot live without God.
The one thing that destroyed the relationship that man had with God from the first Adam was sin but the problem of sin has been dealt with by the blood of Jesus.
The barrier that was there between man and God that made it difficult for man to go boldly to the throne of grace and for God to lead man to achieve His objectives on earth has been taken away. So, we read from the book of Hebrews:
Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Now, you have peace with God. You can relate with Him all the time and anywhere as your Father! This is because the Bible says we have been justified by our faith in Jesus so now, we have peace with God. To be justified means to be declared “not guilty” in the law court.
Since sin was the problem that stood between God and man, God settled it once and for all by shedding the blood of Jesus on the cross and anyone who believes in Jesus become a new creation; one who never existed before. God sees you new always in Christ.
CONFESSION
I am justified by m faith in Jesus so now, I have perfect peace with God.
