SAMUEL NASAM

PERMANENT PEACE WITH GOD

Romans 5:1

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Being justified by faith in the scripture above means, “you are declared not guilty.”

This literally means you are righteous!

Listen, this may not sink well in religious ears but it’s true according to the Word of God; you are just as righteous as Jesus is.

You are not less righteous than Jesus Christ. Most importantly, you didn’t or do not have to do any good thing to become righteous in the sight of God. Your righteousness is by faith and faith alone in Jesus Christ. The very moment you believed the gospel, you received a new life and this is the very nature of God. You literally have the very nature of God which is the nature of righteousness.

The Bible says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. As much as this is true, that scripture does not apply to the new creation or to the man that is born again or the one who accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Saviour.

Though all men have sinned in the first Adam, the moment you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour; you were declared not guilty of that original sin from Adam. Now, you are a child of God and you are righteous in Christ. Amen!!
