PERSISTENCE IN PRAYER
Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
You must learn to pray persistently not necessarily because you want something from God but because Jesus said, “…men ought always to pray, and not to faint;” This means if you are not praying, you are failing.
Jesus said, we ought to pray always, this must be a persistent spiritual exercise we do. Reading from the book of first Thessalonians, the firth chapter and the seventeenth verse: “Pray without ceasing.” Learn to pray always.
You don’t have to be in church before you can pray, you don’t have to be in some special kind of environment before you can pray.
You can pray while walking, exercising, driving, cooking, even at the wash room – you can pray there: pray everywhere. What if you have a desire from God and you want it satisfied, I tell you something, keep praying!
While you are praying, be studying also. Sometimes, all you need is to discover some knowledge in a particular field or area in your life.
As you pray and search the scriptures including books, you will find answers by the Spirit. Personally, I hate poverty. I just will not be poor a single day in my life.
Because I decided to live a rich life, I bound myself to study the Bible and books that were written by sound men of God on finances and prosperity in general.
I have discovered secrets to wealth by the Spirit and I am still on it. I will never be poor even in a second. You see, read and read, read and read while you pray!
