PROSPERITY MENTALITY
3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
A soul winner is a love-person. You cannot be a soul winner if you have no love, the love of God pulsating in your heart. Every soul winner wants the best and believes in the best concerning whoever he wants to win.
To set your mind on someone with the intention of winning him to Christ means that you love him and you believe the best of him.
I have never seen a wise soul winner like God. Who did he win? He won me!!
From the time I met Him till today, He never for once gave up on me. He has always been with me. He never left but He was always there to lift me up when I made mistakes.
The love He showed me cannot be explained in words, ha, Father I thank you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The soul winner does not see why he should give up on a soul just because that soul is not responding to the message. Though he can focus on others who are responding to the message, he will still have to be praying for those who have not received the message yet.
We preach the message of salvation, we preach Jesus Christ and Him crucified. God wants everyone to live a prosperous and a healthy life and this life is found only in Christ. That’s why the soul winner’s mentality is prosperity mentality.
CONFESSION
I have the life of God at work in me, I am a tremendous soul winner. I am full of love and compassion for the lost, I am prosperity conscious.
