SEE YOUR LIFE GROWING FROM GLORY TO GLORY. Part one
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
As a child of God, you are not of this world. You came from God, you have His very Life in you. Though you are on earth now, your reality is heavenly!
That’s why Colossians 3:1-4 tells us this: Col.3.1 – If then you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead], aim at and seek the [rich, eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Col.3.2 – And set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth.Col.3.3 – For [as far as this world is concerned] you have died, and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God.Col.3.4 – When Christ, Who is our life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in [the splendor of His] glory.
Now, see your life from God’s perspective not from the perspective of men. What are the things above? Glory, prosperity, health, joy, peace, and everything that is consistent with the nature of God. From where you are now, continually see yourself increasing in glory.
