STANDING AGAINST THE WILES OF THE ENEMY
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
It will be a great deception to believe that the enemy is not doing something against you. As a Christian, the enemy (the devil) is always trying all he can to cause you to fail in life. There are demons assigned to you to distract you and to make you weak so that you are unable do the things you are supposed to be doing to yield the fruits God wants you to yield.
In order to stand against the enemy successfully, the Bible has shown us what we are supposed to do. It is therefore important to consider what the wisdom of God is teaching us to do.
You cannot fight the enemy with your own mind. In fact, he will usually come up against your mind but you have to put the Word of God in your mouth and resist him. It has to be by force!
When it comes to the devil, no games! It is serious business. He is in to steal, kill and destroy. You must not give him any space at all to carry out his actions. Therefore put on the whole armour of God so that you will be able to stand against his wiles.
