YOU ARE NOT ORDINARY
1 John 3:1
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
For you be called a son of God is not a light matter at all. It literally means you are one with God! Do not consider yourself unworthy in Christ. Why should God call you holy and you refuse to accept it but claim to be humble by calling yourself unworthy in Christ?
Stop calling yourself what God didn’t call you. You are a son of God; you came from God. You are God’s own workmanship. Refuse to live an ordinary life, refuse to be conformed to the patterns of this world!
As you study God’s Word, accept what God calls you. For example:
1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:”
You don’t have to feel anything for this to be true concerning you. Accept it, live it!
